Payment method

For commission under $100 (USD) - paid 100% after sketch
Payment plan is optional for commission above $100: 50% after sketch and 50% after final
All invoices are due within 7 days, invoices past the due date will be cancelled along with the commission

I can refuse commission I don't have ability or want to draw
You will receive a digital file of the artwork when I finished through Gmail or GGdrive link
I will assist you in making printing files for physical print if you need, please inform me first

Rights & obligation

Customer can make prints for personal use, crop or resize image, wallpapers,...etc as long as it is not used for profit
Customer does not take the credit of the artwork
Customer will be held responsible if your brief didn't include important details

Artist owns the author's rights of the artwork. Customer can upload commission on social media with my credit for the work (X @vdg0812 or FB @due.rvg/Eugene Smichdt)
Artist allowed to use the commission in my portfolio and personal social networks for purpose of promoting myself and crediting the commission owner
Artist can reuse sketches that were rejected for other commissions or personal works
Artist have responsibility about the final deadline
Artist can refuse to refund if there are unworthy reasons affect the artist
Artist takes responsible (fixing) for the artwork if it does not comply with the brief

Process

After receiving the brief from the google form below, I will send you a rough sketch with pose, layout base on your brief and fix until you pleased, through email or messenger (prefer to use email) -> I will send you the total price, you need to transfer at least 50% of the total bill for me to start drawing (detailed price)
I will draw more detail and sketch color so you can imagine the mood of the painting. You can feedback and I will fix the sketch 3 times for free (+5% total for every extra fix), so please clearly point out where you need to fix but I won't fix the main pose and general layout. I won't charge fixing fee if I didn't get your brief
After cleaning up the sketch/line and applying base color, If you have no further changes, I'll continue rendering details till final
Once completed, I will send the high resolution image by Google Drive link. You must pay the rest if you haven't transferred full amount at first, the link will be sent after I received the money

0%	The commission is in the rendering progress/customer intentionally causing trouble or insulting

Working time

Illustration full BG ~ from 6-8 weeks and above
Fullbody ~ from 4 weeks and above
Half body and chest/head ~ from 3 weeks
Chibi couple with BG ~ about 4 weeks
Chibi single ~ 2 weeks
Detailed clothes or assets can cost more time
Turnaround time can be a bit slow due to my health and work schedule, please consider carefully before placing a personal commission
I need you to give me a deadline if you want me to finish commission in the specific day. If it exceeds that time (except some specific case with proof), I will refund you 120%.

All V-tuber related art (stream schedule, thumbnail, fan gifts,...) will be commercial artwork
Please do not use my art for NFT, blockchain, crypto, AI
Do not copy, edit, draw over my art or make profit from it
I'm not open commission monthly
Working time may depend on my health and some outside schedule. If you need it urgently, DM me to discuss your deadline
I will ask for the brief to be as clear as possible, for example character details, colors, facial expressions, vibe, color mood, references,..etc or even stickman art by yourself
I'm only draw characters whose have full design
Please give feedback within 3 days. On day 3, I will send a reminder in case you miss my previous email. If there's still no contact after 3 days, I will start the next stage without waiting for approval to not cause delay
